Cleaning Associate

Part time or full time · pay depends on experience

If you are looking for a part-time or full-time position to help supplement your income, we allow you to design your own schedule and work when available. You will clean our clients’ homes and business properties professionally and on time, using the proper administration of cleaning chemicals and effective methods.

  • Travel to the customer’s property in a timely and professional manner
  • Review the cleaning tasks or list for each property
  • Sanitize and disinfect all high-touch surface areas
  • Clean bathrooms: vanities, sinks, mirrors, toilets, showers and tubs
  • Sweep and mop floors; vacuum carpets, rugs and upholstery
  • Dust surfaces, shelving, ceiling fans and blinds; clean windows
  • Empty trash bins
  • Reliable and self-motivated
  • Good understanding of cleaning supplies and chemicals
  • Able to understand verbal and written instructions
  • Physically able to perform the required tasks
  • Able to stand and bend for extended periods

Traffic Control Flagger

$14.00 – $19.00/hr depending on experience and location

Flaggers work as part of a construction or utility crew and divert traffic around the work area safely. You help create a safe work zone that keeps traffic away from the crew and protects the public. Areas we work in: Kitsap, Mason, King, Thurston and Pierce.

  • Stand on your feet for long periods and control traffic
  • Assist with placement of traffic cones and signs
  • Use hand signals to communicate with motorists, workers and fellow flaggers
  • Be confident standing near or in front of vehicles
  • Work in extreme environments: heat, cold, night shifts and rain
  • Record license plates and report violators when motorists do not obey
  • A valid Flagger card is required for this position
  • Teamwork: flaggers work as a team to keep traffic moving
  • Communication: speak clearly and understand supervisors, co-workers and drivers

Manufacturing & Production Worker

$15.00 – $20.00/hr depending on experience and job site

Assemble, clean and operate machines in the manufacturing of small, medium and large products — tables, cabinets, chairs, sporting material, furniture and more. Experience is definitely a plus.

  • Work can be in a dusty and enclosed environment
  • Stay situationally aware: forklifts and other objects move at all times
  • Apply all safe working practices required by OSHA and WISHA standards
  • Wear the PPE required by the hazards on site
  • Experience is a plus but not always required
  • Reliable transportation to the job site

Concessions Employee

$16.75/hr · event based, not full time

Provide concession stand services during home games, concerts and other events. This position is perfect for those looking for extra income. Games are generally on weekends, though there are weekday games, and starting times can be adjusted as needed.

  • Assist with setup of the concession stand
  • Check identification per MAST training and serve beer and food products
  • Clean concession areas throughout the event to ensure safe working conditions
  • Work flexibly as server, food handler or cashier
  • Stand for long hours, usually 5–8 hours per event
  • Pay attention to detail so alcohol is never overserved
  • Current Food Handler Card for the State of Washington
  • MAST 12 (Mandatory Alcohol Server Training) permit — both are easy to obtain online
  • Get to and from the venue on your own; transportation is not reimbursed
  • Parking and lunches are provided. Training is provided
